Opening dates & hours
The Tulip Barn is open every Spring during the Tulip Season.
In 2027, we will be open from March 25 - May 9.
- Monday - Sunday 09:30 - 19:00
*please mind, we're working with Mother Nature. We can't control exactly when and how long our tulips will bloom, we will release our tickets based on the blooming of our tulips.

Tickets & Pricing
We recommend booking your tickets online to guarantee entry — tulip season is short and popular!
You can easily book your tickets online, simply select your day & entry timeslot.
Of course it's also possible to purchase tickets at our location.
Prices
- Regular (13+): € 10
- Kids (3 - 12 years): € 4,50
- Family (2 adults, 2 kids 3-12 years): €25
- Kids under 3: free
- Groups (from 25 or more people): €9
If online tickets are sold out, we always have extra tickets available at our location for walk-ins. If you're looking for a more quiet experience, we recommend visiting on a weekday. For info on tickets, please send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl.

How to get here
The Tulip Barn is easy to reach! We're located within 30 minutes from Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, Haarlem and Leiden, and only 10 minutes from Keukenhof.
Addres: 3e Loosterweg 130, 2182 CX Hillegom.
By Public Transport
Take any train to Hillegom Train Station, from there it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to our place, or 5 minutes by taxi. You can easily reach Hillegom train station from Amsterdam Central Station, Haarlem and Leiden. Please check NS journeyplanner to help plan your route.
By Bicycle
Bicycle is our favorite way of transport here in The Netherlands! Plenty of free bicycle parking available. The Tulip Barn is located along popular cycling routes, and therefore easy to reach from Lisse, Hillegom, Voorhout, Noordwijkerhout and Noordwijk.
Looking to rent a bike? We recommend Rent-a-bike Van Dam (located at the Keukenhof parking lot), LemonBike or Have Fun Events.
By Car
30 minutes from Amsterdam · 20 minutes from Haarlem · 10 minutes from Keukenhof. We have over 300 parking spots on-site, please follow instructions from our parking team. Parking is free for the duration of your visit.
Taxi
If you're looking for a good taxi company, we can recommend local taxi companies like Taxi Bollenstreek, Taxi de Tulp or Taxi de Bob.
